Its been a while since i drop in and update this blog with latest news. A lot have been happening surrounding the Vanquish community, like the introducing of the new team jersey and the new recruitment of new members. I have been very busy lately and i hope i can still make some time for this blog. Allright thats all for now but i will promise you guy to update anything new.

V for victory V for Vanquish.
Finally the long wait has been answered. The anticipated win over the flyboys. Probably the the best and exiting game the Vanquish FUTSAL TEAM ever played against them. Romours has it that it might be the last game they ever gonna invite us in their long list of friendly game, but hey.. wot the heck!! I couldn't care less.. I am only there because the manager asked me to. We got what we wanted ( victory over them) and they got what they wanted.. (revenge defeat some of them badly asked for). I am glad with the score line something we could get away to brag about. Not 1-0, not 2-0 but 3-0.. A result that I could makes me have a good night sleep all week.
Can't say much bout the 1st half of the game as i was not there. But the players told me they played well and had gained large percentage of possession. (to be honest I was not convinced with the statement at all till i watched the 2nd half of the match) When I arrived the 2nd half was about to commence. The game went on perfectly for the Vanquish, from the sideline I could see the different side of the team though some of them were not from the Vanquish originally.( 3 of them to be exact due to lack of man power for the starting line up - yunus, nazrul and kiddo thanks guy for the favour). At last we got the solution or should I say the catalyst to the equation that has been missing for the past few games. A free flowing pass, smooth transition from either side of the flank creating enough chances to kill of the game early.
As the match passed the hour mark, the vanquish scored the 1st goal of the evening. It was Azim(not azim frm hiflyerz) first to enter the score sheet. He has been superb all evening and I have no doubt in my mind he could score. He provided a real threat to the flyboys back four. He pressed tirelessly and dribbled his way passed a few players from the right flank before he shoot a nice angle passed the helpless keeper.Then a good movement between the midfielders led to the 2nd goal for the Vanquish. Smooth, unrushed and precise passes with the likes of kiddo, kazama, fakri, arafiq and moliadi confused the opponent with the treacherous nature of the game often left the flyboys scrambling for their rhythm when at the end it was fakri who got the last touch of the ball before giving a fantastic low drive towards the left post to give the Vanquish a double led. Nice work from Azim and moliadi tremendously well from the right side should be applauded too.
Occationally the flyboys fought their way to test the Vanquish defender and goalie. (the goalkeeper was often left alone to chat with the goal post and I dont think he has burn enough calories during the game though). During the 2nd half Kristomo also made a fine display at the back. His presence had made an impact to deny every attack from the flyboys in the right side, which in my opinion the most suitable position he ever played for the Vanquish so far. And also can't help it but to mention Nazrul and kiddo contribution unquestionably have raised the confident level of the Vanquish player throughout the match. I am not saying u have to bring the big boys in order to snatch the victory but their experience is fairly needed against a side who regularly played football compared to most of the Vanquisher are a futsal player. Surely there will be argument as I could see disatisfaction potrayed by the look some of the flyboys.. (grow up man.. Opps my bad.. grow up 'boys'..). At least we didn't bring in players who played in major club in the country (officially or unofficially).
Alright back to the game, didn't I just said the Vanquish had a double led just now? For me its more than enough to just sit back, relax and enjoy the 'flight' time to do some defending.( sorry enjoy the game i meant. It just that we often heard that from the "pilot" announcement. Haha). It turns out it was not enough for the Vanquish, well its certainly not for Azim especially. He fight for the ball in any given opportunities he had. I wonder where did he got the motivation from, It reminds me of fernando torres (hope i spelt the name correct, sorry am not liverpool fan hahaha). He kept on presurising the defender when suddenly caught a loose ball and ran pass his marker by a milestone (obviously unmatch with his pace, they didn't even tried to I guess) he managed to keep his cool in front of the approaching goalkeeper by beutifully looped the ball home to seal the victory. Its 3 for the Vanquish and game over for the flyboys. The Vanquish kept on attacking as fresh legged Naseb and nizam came on to substitute moliadi and kristomo. I am quite impressed with the way naseb played aswell. Atok missed a great chance to make it 4 nil as he lost his balance to strike a shoot with only the keeper to beat.
The scoreline stayed 3-0 till the final whistle. Such a breathtaking match. On behalf of the captain I would like to say well done guys..

Alirazali (got himself a date with the goal post - just kidding bro, u've done well ), Mazran, Kristomo (officially a defender, proved himself a worthy player), Nizam(as ussual very firm), Kazama( fine display despite suffering a swollen ankle), Arafiq and Moliadi (effectively providing attacking option frm either side), Fakri (huge contribution in midfield with unpredictable passes), Atok (created a fair amount of chances), Azim (scored 2 goals wot else can I say), naseb (still got the sting), and finally Nazrul, Kiddo and Yunus (the destroyer- neutralised every attack).

HELLO FRENZ AND PLAYERZ
HELLO AND HAPPY NEW YEARS TO MY VANQUISH PLAYERS,(NOT TOO LATE TO SAY RITE!) i had heard a lots of story while i was gone, so as a frenz i advised to all my players n frenz be strong and just cheers up, do not let "OUTSIDERS" (NON -COMMITTEE) try to interrupt our vanquish management, come and play as usual and have fun with them but don't be one of them. when come to a big match, do handle and manage vanquish futsal team for me, be strong n stand strait for vanquish forever. Vanquish is alwez vanquish.
to suhaidi my right hand man tq for taking cares the vanquish all this time, to faisal, muliadi n the rest of the committee too.

public announcement
To all the vanquish player and member, this year i wont be involving myself if there is field match with the pilot.(f there is i will take the very minimum involvement). Would be happy to take part any match frm other team. Sorry boss but thats my decision.(got my personal reasons)

welcome to a new chapter of the vanquish path of glory... happy new year to all the vanquish players.. sorry for not posting the post-match review bout the last meeting between vanquish n flyboys.. bcos to me its sumthing we shud forget and put aside.. its all pretty shitty to me.. 2009 gave us a lot of experience and made lots of frens along the way.. not to mention enviness among others.. ajk piranha emerge as another futsal team and we had a nice colaboration between us. allrite guys that all 4 now. will update frm time to time. hopefully great things lie ahead 4 us vanquish.
